Aaron is a Dean at Lambton College, where he provides academic leadership across a broad portfolio of programs and initiatives focused on student success, workforce development, and community impact. Originally from Northern Ontario, here located with his family to Sarnia in 2023 where they have been enjoying all the region as to offer.

 With extensive experience in post-secondary education, strategic planning, and industry partnership development, he is committed to strengthening connections between education, employers, and the broader Sarnia-Lambton community to support regional economic growth, innovation, and talent development.
