‍As I reflect on 2025, I am incredibly proud of what we have accomplished together as a business community. This year was defined by momentum, measurable growth, and meaningful impact. From welcoming 107 new members and achieving an 88% retention rate, to hosting 65 events with more than 3,000 attendees, the Chamber continued to strengthen its role as a connector, advocate, and champion for business across Lambton County.

Advocacy remained at the core of our work. Our delegation to Queen’s Park, engagement with provincial and federal leaders, and continued collaboration with municipal partners ensured that the voice of Sarnia Lambton business was heard clearly and confidently. We are not only responding to change — we are helping shape it. In 2025, we also proudly celebrated the 120th anniversary of our incorporation. Reaching this milestone is a powerful reminder that our work today builds upon more than a century of leadership, resilience, and community commitment. The Chamber’s legacy is strong — and its future is even stronger.

Behind every statistic is a story: a new business opening its doors, a partnership formed at a networking event, a policy advanced through collective advocacy. These moments matter. They represent the strength of collaboration and the belief that when one business succeeds, our entire community benefits. None of this would be possible without our dedicated staff team, our Board of Directors, our volunteers, sponsors, and — most importantly — our members. Your engagement, trust, and leadership drive everything we do. As we look toward 2026, our focus remains clear: optimism, collaboration, and bold advocacy. Together, we will continue to elevate business, strengthen our region, and build a prosperous future for Sarnia Lambton.
