Sarnia Lambton Chamber of Commerce Named Canada’s Fastest-Growing Chamber
The Sarnia Lambton Chamber of Commerce has been ranked #1 in Canada among Chambers with over 500 members in the Chamber of Commerce Executives of Canada (CCEC) report, Membership Trends Across the Chamber Network.
The survey, completed by 100 Chambers and Boards of Trade, found that 69% of Chambers grew in 2024, up from 60.8% in 2023, with the national membership retention rate rising to 92.1%.
“We are thrilled to be recognized as Canada’s fastest-growing Chamber in our category! This achievement reflects the dedication of our team, volunteers, and Chamber Champions in fostering business growth and community collaboration,” said Carrie McEachran, CEO of the Sarnia Lambton Chamber.
This recognition highlights the Chamber’s ongoing commitment to business growth, innovation, and economic success in Sarnia-Lambton.
Why It’s Time to Go All-In on Canada’s Economic Sovereignty
Our trade with the U.S. has long been a strength. But for years we’ve been patching our economic holes with the convenience of U.S., and it’s left us vulnerable to a situation like the one we find ourselves in.
Protecting our economic sovereignty and security means focusing on doing what’s in our control to build a stronger, more resilient Canadian economy. Canadians need their government to work with the business community on a multipartisan plan that addresses internal economic roadblocks. In the latest edition of Policy Matters, we break down what this all-in plan should include.

TRAINING FACILITY REQUESTOngoing training is a top priority for the Sarnia Police Service. Our Emergency Response Team (ERT) regularly conducts training exercises at various locations throughout the City of Sarnia to ensure they are prepared for any scenario. To keep training dynamic and up to date, the Sarnia Police Service is seeking local businesses and establishments willing to volunteer their spaces for training purposes. The ERT is particularly interested in commercial or residential buildings with unoccupied interior spaces that feature multiple rooms and/or floors. The Sarnia Police Service is fully insured, and facility volunteers assume no liability. Additionally, no damage will occur to the building unless explicitly approved by the volunteer. For more information, or to volunteer your space, please contact Constable Dave Ferrera by email 220@police.sarnia.on.ca
