Current and Upcoming Road Closures
As Lambton County gears up for another busy construction season.
The County’s Long-term Roads Construction Program includes major improvements to roads, bridges, and infrastructure across the region, with projects taking place on several well-travelled routes throughout the coming months.
While detours and temporary road closures may create some extra travel time, many local shops, restaurants, and businesses along construction routes remain open and ready to welcome customers. Residents are encouraged to check road closures and alternate routes before heading out and continue showing their support for local businesses during construction season.
Drivers can stay up to date on active closures and project information through the County’s official road closures page.
A little patience, and a little local support, can go a long way this construction season.
